This privacy statement indicates, among other things, which data is collected by our (web) services and what we use this data for. If, after reading the privacy statement, you still have questions about our privacy policy, you can contact us by e-mail or by mail.

Biotaris B.V. will at all times treat the data of users of our (web) services with care. We will never provide or sell your data separately from our web (service) to third parties without prior consent. Biotaris B.V. only records data that are relevant in offering and further developing our (web) services. We do not keep data about you that relate to special matters such as your religion or belief, race or origin, political affiliation, health and sexual life, criminal past or trade union membership.

Contact forms, e-mail messages and postal communications.

When using a contact form, when sending an e-mail message and when sending a letter by mail, the information sent to us digitally and/or on paper will be kept as long as necessary or reasonable for proper response, handling and/or accountability in response to your message. Your message may also end up in our correspondence archive. We are required by law to keep this archive, part of our business records, for a minimum of seven years.

Newsletters

When you sign up for one of Biotaris B.V.’s newsletters, your e-mail address, IP address and any other information provided will be digitally stored. We use this information to send you the newsletters you have subscribed to. Your data will not be sold to third parties.

Membership of our (web) services

When you register with one of the (web) services of Biotaris B.V., the data you provide including your IP address will be stored. This data will be used to identify you as a member of our (web) service. The data you provide will not be published on any of our websites, or otherwise distributed. If you wish to terminate your membership, you may do so by sending a written request to Biotaris B.V.

Cookies

Biotaris B.V. regularly uses Google Analytics on the websites of its (web) services. Google Analytics is software offered by Google Inc. (“Google”) for the purpose of analyzing website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies in order to optimize these analyses. The information generated by the cookies, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google ‘s servers in the United States. The information is used to monitor how you use the website and to compile reports for the website operators on website activity. The information is also used to provide other services relating to website activity and general internet usage.
