Since 2012, our goal has been to manufacture high-quality Bovine and Goat Colostrum products. For a considerable period, we have catered to our loyal customers with white-label colostrum products. However, due to the significant rise in demand for various dietary supplements, we made the decision last year to also provide private-label vitamins and nutritional supplements to our customers. We now offer an extensive selection of vitamins, minerals, and formulations for joint health, immune support, and weight management. FAQ

How can I place an order?
Once you’ve selected the product you’re interested in, we’ll need to gather information on the quantity of the chosen product and your billing details, including the responsible person or company name, address, contact information (email and phone number with country code), and VAT ID.

How is my order processed?
Upon payment of the advance invoice, your order will be forwarded to our purchasing department. There, they’ll secure the necessary raw materials and packaging for your production process. While awaiting the delivery of raw materials, we’ll assist you in preparing your design for printing. Please note, both processes require a certain processing and delivery time to our warehouse. Upon receipt of ingredients, labels, and packaging at the warehouse, production commences. Following completion, we’ll issue the final invoice, inclusive of delivery fees. Upon payment, your product will be dispatched to your specified address.

Can I influence the production process?
For private label orders, you can customize each step of the production process according to your requirements. However, with white label orders, options are limited to choosing packaging and graphic design for your label.

Can I negotiate prices for cumulative orders?
Absolutely. If you’re interested in multiple products simultaneously, we can offer individual pricing based on order quantities.

Can you assist with product design?
Before finalizing your design for printing, we’ll ensure dimensions, crop marks, and bleeds are accurately set to match your vision and our requirements.

Do you offer worldwide delivery?
Currently, our White label service is available in Europe only. However, we’re open to exploring possibilities beyond Europe in certain cases. Please feel free to reach out to us.

What delivery methods are available?
We can arrange express transport via air, sea, or land.

Can my product be shipped to multiple locations?
Certainly. We can tailor your order to meet your specific requirements and ship to different addresses simultaneously.

What are your payment terms?
For new clients, we issue advance invoices for 50% of the total before ordering raw materials. After the third order, payment terms can be customized based on your needs.

What are the delivery times?
For private label orders, delivery typically takes 4-8 weeks (subject to ingredient and label availability, which could reduce processing time to 3-5 weeks). For white label orders, delivery is usually within 2-4 weeks (subject to ingredient, packaging, and label availability, which could shorten the process to 1-2 weeks).

What are your minimum order quantities?
Private label services require a minimum of 30,000 capsules, 100,000 tablets, or 150 kg in powder form. For white label services, the minimum order quantity is 100 units. Additionally, please consider that label printers may have their own minimum purchase quantities. You have the option to store labels for your product in our warehouse and gradually purchase products as needed.
